Shaped charge ZKPO-PP-3DK of “puncher” type in assembly with perforating gun KPO36 of DK-2 type has been designed for operations connected with the restoration of circulation between the tubing cavity with the wall thickness up to 7 mm and annular space.
Specific Features
- No damages to the casing adjacent to the tubing after the gun shooting;
- Universal movable clamp ensures that the gun is pressed to the inner wall of the tubing with a wide range of sizes from 60 to 114 mm and can go through the lubricator of a small diameter (65 mm);
- Due to the constant pressing of the gun to the inner wall
of the tubing and the linear arrangement of charges with zero phasing,
guaranteed penetration from 1 to 6 holes in the tubing wall (depending
on the number of installed charges) is ensured;
- Ability to work with a small-sized CCL for QCA;
- Loads with a quick-release connection when working through a lubricator at the gun bottom part.

1) Can change depending on the mechanical properties of carrier tubes. 2) Max allowable operating temperature and hold time for a loaded gun to be specified by the Manual for explosives having minimum allowable operating temperature compared to the other explosives contained in the explosive chain of the gun and to the characteristics for the applied rubber products.
3) Actual hole diameter can differ
from the indicated one depending on the tubing strength group but
cannot be less than 2 mm for any strength group.
4) The penetration of the tubing with
the wall thickness more than 7 mm with the specific weight of the
cement slurry more than 1,2 g/cm3 and in the presence of the sediment
crust or scale on the inner wall of the tubing is not guaranteed. |
