LLC "Promperforator" is a constantly developing company. The company's main activities are:
- design add manufacturing of shaped charges for perforating systems;
- design and complex supply of perforating sytems for oil and gas industry;
- technical support for users of perforating systems.
The key strategic objective of LLC "Promperforator"s quality policy is the constant improvement of economic level of the company through design, manufacturing and supply of shaped charges and perforating systems with quality level meeting customer's requirements and expectations.
To achieve the objectives the company is obliged to:
- Constantly improve Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2015.
- Provide consistent high product quality index.
- Make permanent monitoring of customer's requirements and market conditions.
- Cut production expenses and raise marketability of production.
- Choose reliable suppliers of high-quality materials and components and develop partnership relations with suppliers on the basis of mutual benefit.
- Provide conditions for technological improvement, fast development and flexibility of production modernization, and for prevention of any discrepancy in all processes and technologies.
- Apply the process approach to activities and resources management, control inter-related processes as a system.
- Improve qualification of employees and contribute to permanent increase of labour productivity and development of social sphere.
Current quality policy has been communicated to all employees and serves as a basis for goal setting in the field of quality within structural subdivisions.
