ShU-60 and ShU-73 sludge traps are used for borehole flushing before iniaon of a perforang gun equipped with mechanical or hydro-mechanical firing head. The sludge trap is installed above the firing head at the distance of 1-2 tubes from it and ensures its reliable operaon.
- Glass disc of the sludge trap prevents clogging of the firing head;
- Circulaon holes are located above the glass disc providing free circulaon between the tubing and the casing annulus.
- Can be used without a glass disc for actuaon of hydraulic firing heads along the casing annulus.
