Perforating-explosive equipment set for preparation of hydrofrac stages according to Pumpdown Perforating or Plug-and-Perf technology is presented in FRACline® assembly with the TPP sequence perforation tandem sub as a main component providing for one-by-one sequence initiation of each separate carrier or group of carriers starting with installation of a bridge plug for isolation of the underlying hydrofrac zone. As a result, cluster perforation is carried out when several intervals are perforated for one trip.
Specific Features
- No additional initiating means are required; each tandem sub has initiating devices such as PVPD-N available at the RF market;
- No complicated ground equipment is required – initiating electrical pulse is coming either from standard PVP or PVV-1 device;
- Delay time for carrier actuation is controlled by the operator;
- Number of carriers with length from 0,5 to 6 m with sequence actuation is limited by wireline load capacity and lock chamber of the lubricator but can not be more than 7 pieces;
- TPP tandem sub design is protected by the patent №2646927 RF.

TPP-TOR Specific Features
- Perforaon on wireline per one round trip is possible during standard explosive-perforang works and works with the use of Plug-and-Perf;
- High safety, easy assembly and minimizaon of the human factor due to the use of TOR-200E wireless electrical detonators without iniang explosives;
- Sequence iniaon is provided by alternate arrangement of assembly tandem subs of different colour (red and blue) marking.
- The operator carries out alternate iniaon of each sequence carrier by current pulse supply of direct or reversed polarity. Iniaon is carried out with PVZ-1700-2,3 or a similar one;
- Reducon of the assembly total length and weight during perforaon of a big number of clusters per one round trip due to the 17% reduced length of the tandem (compared with TPP);
- Higher reliability due to shorter detonaon chain (compared with TPP) – no detonang cord and booster charge;
- For standard explosive-perforang works the reusable XX-TOR switching the boom sub to the mode of pulse transfer to the detonator is installed in the boom part of the assembly.
