Scorpion-ON oriented expendable perforang guns are designed for well compleon in oil, gas and other horizontal and direconal wells. Oriented-direconal perforang guns are used to solve specific geologicalengineering tasks: perforaon of formaons with phasing 0°, 45°, 60°, 90° and 180° and self-orientaon of charges at a required angle to a target formaon interval. A loaded charge tube inside the carrier tube is oriented by a special rotary unit designed by LLC "Promperforator".
Oriented-direconal perforang guns have got all advantages of Scorpion perforang guns such as: high reliability, wide range of charges, user-friendly assembly and operaon.
Specific Features and Advantages:
- The gun assembly has got special simplified blank carriers;
- The whole range of DP, SDP, BH, SBH and GH charges as well as their combinaon can be used to solve various geological-engineering tasks;
- Availability of several opons of charge phasing: 0°, 45°, 60° and 180° on customer's order;
- Use of the perforang gun with maximum charge density up to 18 shot/m at different phasings;
- The perforang gun can be used either with tubing (coil-tubing) or sff wireline.
