I ISKRA 89-D firing head with redundant firing chain is used for iniaon of detonaon chain of shaped charges by one of two ways:
- hydro-mechanical, by dropping down a drop bar or pumping a ball;
- hydraulic, by pressurizaon in a producon casing;
during TCP explosive-perforang works in vercal, direconal and horizontal wells
The head can have redundant iniaon and is used when it is necessary to minimize or completely exclude perforang gun misfire due to the failure of the main head iniaon device.
The main iniaon device is one of two percussion detonators in the head assembly.
Specific Features
- Reduces probability of perforang gun failure due to iniang means;
- Contains two percussion detonators TOR-200U;
- Meets the requirements for explosive-perforang works on offshore plaorms;
- Hydraulic iniaon can be realized through casing-tubing annulus.
