ISKRA 86-GS hydraulic firing head with automatic gun release is designed to initiate detonation chain of TCP jet perforating guns in oil and gas wells.
ISKRA 86-GS firing head can be used in vertical, directional and horizontal wells. ISKRA 86-GS firing head has got hydraulic initiating mechanism. It is initiated after sufficient hydrostatic pressure on the head piston is reached. Head initiation pressure is controlled by number of shear pins. After being initiated the head is automatically released from the tubing allowing to carry out through-tubing technological tasks such as geophysical survey, frac and other tasks where the drift diameter 58 mm is required.
Specific Features
- After release of used perforating gun it is possible to carry out frac without pulling out the tubing with mechanical packer
- No need to pull out the tubing for further operations after perforation;
- Drift diameter 58 mm allows to make geophysical well logging;
- Release is possible in horizontal wells;
- In case of non-confirmaon of the release aer iniaon, it is possible to shake the gun with the help of TSh-V promacord squib (see item 11.6).
